Car rental | Rent a car all Airports of Morocco

ARTICLE 1 : PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

This contract is a distance contract, which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by RENTAL AIRPORT and on the Internet, by www.rental-airport.com. If you failed to comply with one of the terms of this contract, RENTAL AIRPORT reserves the full right to terminate the contract without documentary evidence, compensation or reimbursement.

ARTICLE 2 : DELIVERY AND RESTIT UTION

The vehicle must be returned to the return location fixed on the contract, except an authorized modification before 24 hours.

ARTICLE 3 : RENTAL CONDITIONS

When picking up the vehicle, you must present a valid driving license (The license must be valid for at least 1 year). Minimum age for rental is 19 years old. You must also present a passport or identity card. Lastly you will need a debit or credit bank card (visa or mastercard).

ARTICLE 4: CONFIDENTIALITY

When booking online personal information will be protected securely to manage your reservations. We follow recognized standards to protect personally identifiable information that is submitted to us, both during transmission and reception.

ARTICLE 5 : PAYMENT MODE

By bank card or cash on arrival. You choose the payment mode among those offered by Aman pay (Visa, MasterCard, cmi, Diners Club, Discover, electron visa). Your credit card payment is secured by Aman pay (https://www.amanpay.net) which offers a fully secure payment service.

ARTICLE 6 : INSURANCE

Your car rental contract includes civil liability and third-party accident insurance with deductible and deposit. For more peace of mind, you can also choose full coverage (all-risk insurance). The all-risks pack cancels your financial responsibility in the event of a collision provided you present RENTAL AIRPORT with a duly completed and signed accident report or a police report or of gendarmerie mentioning the exact circumstances, in particular the place of the accident the date, the hour and the witnesses.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The total amount of 1500€ will be blocked the time of picking up the car and also unblocked after the returning of the car.

ARTICLE 7: MODIFICATION

You can easily modify or cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail to rentalairports@gmail.com or on whatsapp +212662108958. Do not forget to include your reservation number which you can find in the confirmation email. RENTAL AIRPORT reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the car is not available.

 Extension:

If you wishe to extend your contract, you must request the prior agreement from RENTAL AIRPORT [If possible ] at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of an unauthorized extension, the customer will pay a surcharge on the rental price.
